Re: Bachelet's Participatory Democracy in Chile

hi, excelent blog. Respect from Chile I can say, Bachelet Goverment, hasnt a true project for arise level education. That is very dangerous for Chile. Currently, qe live from naturasl resources, coper. Y dont see a good future for our country.
